Repair Policy

If you find that your lock is damaged or in need of new or replacement parts, we would be happy to perform these repairs for you.

We typically charge a flat rate, $25 Repair Fee for the majority of repairs. Depending on your current warranty, you will be required to pay for shipping to our office and the Repair Fee. We will pay for return shipping and guarantee our work after completion.

Please note, we have the right to refuse any repair that does not meet our repair requirements. Please contact our support team for additional information and to complete the appropriate return and repair forms.
