  • I am stuck trying to register my LS-5i device. Can anyone please help me?

    I have tried about 30 times and all I ever get it is the error message:

    Serial number is invalid. Please double check the serial number and ensure it was entered accurately. The serial number associated with your lock contains zeros, not the letter O. If you forgot to take a note of the serial number, it is included as a sticker on the box and is printed on the reverse side of the keypad or behind the battery plate.

    I know for sure that the serial number I am entering is correct.

    I would appreciate any help possible.
