Below are the steps to update the customer satisfaction rating that you provided.
1.) Search for "How would you rate the support you received" in the search bar within your email account (gmail, yahoo, etc...). The email should look just like the one below:
2.) From here, select Good, I'm satisfied.
3.) You will be brought to a page, where Good, I'm satisfied will be highlighted Green. Feel free to provide any additional comments if you see fit, then click "Update."
