Payment Token Instructions (Prepaid billing)

Thank you for your recent purchase of RemoteLock EdgeState subscription.

Your subscription will not be done until you follow the steps below.

For New Customers:

Follow the steps below to create your EdgeState account and redeem your Subscription Code:

1) Go to https://connect.remotelock.com/sign-up Note: Subscription Codes cannot yet be redeemed in the RemoteLock mobile app. To redeem your purchased subscription you must sign up in a web browser.

2) Enter your user information (Step 1 of the signup process) and select your plan (Step 2)

3) On Step 3 of the sign-up, “Subscription,” paste the 16-digit code found below (format: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) into the Subscription Code field

Note: Because you have already purchased a subscription, you do not need to enter a credit card in addition to the Subscription Code. If you do add a credit card, it can be used for renewal at the end of the term you have already purchased.

For Existing Customers:

If your account is currently paid through a credit card, please call your RemoteLock Sales Representative or RemoteLock Support to switch your payment method to Subscription Codes.

If you have used a Subscription Code or prepaid credit previously:

1) Login to your account at https://connect.remotelock.com Note: Subscription Codes cannot yet be redeemed in the RemoteLock mobile app. To redeem your purchased subscription you must enter it using a web browser.

2) Using the navigation menu in the upper right of your screen, open the My Account page

3) Click on Billing on the left

4) Scroll to the bottom of the page and paste the 16-digit code found below (format: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) into the Subscription Code field
