Exporting Users and Devices

To Export Access Users:

From the 'Access' tab, the 'Access Users' section is available from the right-hand column.    

Selecting the three dots in the right-hand corner of the screen will provide a dropdown that displays the "Export Filtered List to .csv" button, this provides the option to export a list of Access Users or Guests.

Selecting the "Export Filtered List to .csv" button without filters selected will download a CSV that contains all Access Users. When filters are selected and then the "Export Filtered List to .csv" button is selected a CSV with those filters applied will download. 

Example exporting Access Users with a filter:

Select the filter to be applied in this example "Expired & Deactivated" is selected. Once the filter(s) has been selected, click Search. Then select the three dots in the right-hand corner of the screen that will provide a dropdown that displays the "Export Filtered List to .csv" button, select that button. The CSV will download, displaying the exported filtered list.

To Export Devices:

From the 'Devices' tab, the 'Devices' section is available from the right-hand column. 

Select the button "Export Filtered List to .csv" in the right-hand corner this will download a CSV.

Selecting the "Export Filtered List to .csv" button without filters selected will download a CSV that contains all Access Users. When filters are selected and then the "Export Filtered List to .csv" button is selected a CSV with those filters applied will download. 

Example exporting from devices with a filter:

Select the filter to be applied in this example "Network Status - Offline" is selected. Once the filter(s) has been selected, click Search. Then select the "Export Filtered List to .csv" button. The CSV will download, displaying the exported filtered list.
